Kids can get a little restless during the rainy season. They spend more time indoors and miss all the fun of playing at parks or the beach. That said, there are options for things to do with kids on rainy days.
This is part two of our post exploring things to do with kids on rainy days in Seattle. Click here to see the places we covered in part one.
Things to Do With Kids on Rainy Days
Elevated Sportz
18311 Bothell-Everett Hwy, Suite 140, Bothell
Let the energy flow at Elevated Sportz Trampoline Park. With 10,000 square feet of bounce habitat, your kids will find tons of ways to burn that excess energy. They have a foam pit, a ninja course, and a trampoline dodgeball area. There is also a Kidz Adventure area where they can play all day. You can also stop by the cafe to enjoy a meal while you’re there.
Wunderkind
Address: 3318 N.E. 55th St., Seattle
Yep, another indoor play space fit for parents and kids! Wunderkind is an 1800-square-foot facility dedicated to kids and their vivid imaginations. It is filled with train sets and figures so your kiddos can create their own train world. Upstairs are rooms full of Lego blocks, train tracks, and a remote control train. The other half of Wunderkind is for parents. It has a cafe serving coffee drinks, sammies, salads, and kiddo foods. Adults can also enjoy local craft beers and wines if they want to unwind.
Funtastic Playtorium
Factoria Mall, Alderwood Mall, Tacoma Mall
Funtastic Playtorium is one of the more active, crowded, and wild play indoor spaces. It has a large indoor playground with slides, trampolines, and more. You can find locations in Factoria Mall, Alderwood Mall, and Tacoma Mall. Within a huge meshed-in structure, kids up to 10 can tunnel, side, bounce, creep, climb, blast and ride. The structure is sturdy enough for adults should you need to venture in with the little ones.
WiggleWorks Kids

South Hill Mall in Puyallup
WiggleWorks Kids is perfect for a rainy day activity with young children. It has moving parts and fun experiences for the little ones. The great bar stool seating along the counter makes it relaxing for the toddlers.
